Every paid plan starts with 30 days free, nothing charged until the trial ends. After that, weekly prices are billed monthly — a year is 52 weeks over 12 bills, so Insights is $70/month and Verify $99. Cancel anytime. Annual plans billed once per year. Trial covers the software plan; leased devices and additional scanners bill separately. Prices in USD, per account.
Weekly figures are illustrative only. CLICR does not bill weekly. The amount you will actually be charged, and how often, is stated at checkout and controls over any illustrative figure. Yes. Every paid plan starts with 30 days free, so you can run CLICR through a full month of real nights before you pay anything. Nothing is charged during the trial and you can cancel any time inside it. The trial covers the software plan; leased devices and additional ID scanners bill separately.
A picture of your crowd you cannot buy anywhere else, because it comes from your own door. Which nights carry the week, which crowd walks through the door and when, how long the room holds, whether a promotion actually grew the door or just moved it earlier, and a verified number you can put in front of a brand partner. One extra table a week pays for the plan several times over.
We show the price per week because that’s how you think about a venue, and we charge it monthly because nobody wants 52 card charges a year. A year is 52 weeks over 12 bills, so a month is a little more than four weeks: Insights at $16/week is $70 a month, Verify at $24 is $99. Your first 30 days are free and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime; the plan runs through the end of the paid month. Annual plans are billed once per year and carry the biggest savings: 15% on Insights, 20% on Verify.
No. Devices are completely optional. Most venues run CLICR on phones they already own, handling the device and connectivity themselves. If you do want a device from us it comes as a lease only, weekly or annual, because cellular service is built into the price.
No. Most venues run CLICR on phones they already own, and it does not have to be an iPhone. iPhone is simply what we suggest, and it’s what our leased devices and clip‑on ID scanners are built around.
Verify includes one Bluetooth ID scanner that clips to the back of an iPhone and pairs automatically to your account. Additional scanners are $99 each; most venues run one per active door.
A counter is a device counting a door or a line. An area is the space that count belongs to: main room, patio, upstairs. Free covers 2 counters and 1 area; every paid plan is unlimited.
Anytime. Upgrades apply immediately and we prorate the difference. Your historical data always comes with you, which matters — the longer you run, the more your own history is worth.
Yes. Counts, reports and scan-derived crowd data belong to your venue, not to CLICR. Exports are available on Insights and Verify, and everything comes with you if you switch plans.
Nobody can buy your venue’s numbers. We never sell your counts, traffic or crowd breakdown in any form that names you or your venue. We do hold your data, because we run the systems it lives on, and we may combine de-identified numbers across many venues into area-level measures — how busy a district is, not how busy you are. Your own figures stay yours, and if we ever show your venue on a consumer-facing surface, that is opt-in and you choose what appears. Inside your venue, who sees what is your call, by role: door staff clic, owners and managers see the picture.
